Inexperienced and uninformed marketers are easy to spot. Just look at the “from” field of the email addresses.

When I get an email with the “from” address using a service such as Gmail, Hotmail, MSN, etc., it automatically goes into the trash no matter what the offer is. Why?  Because that person has just lost building any sort of credibility with me and no trust equals no value.

This is “my first criteria” in determining if an email is even worth clicking on.

Building trust is easier than you think. Having a domain based email makes all the difference in the world as to how people perceive your emails. It is by far the simplest marketing method you can start using right away.

If you don’t have one, you can always buy a $9.99 dollar domain from my Godaddy reseller account where I have discounted the yearly fee for setting up a domain based email to only $20.00 per year. If you have any problems with the setup, I do offer my help at no extra charge.

For example, let’s assume you own the domain coolexample.com and your name is Marie. You could easily set up marie@coolexample.com as your email address or use support@coolexample.com.  There are easy to follow instructions available.

However, I often hear clients mention that it’s too bad you cannot have all of  the Gmail features attached to a domain based email.

Well, I’m here to tell you that you can.  It used to be a free service but is now subscription based with Google G Suite starting at $5 per month.  The nice thing about Google G Suite is that it facilitates having the same Gmail experience across all your different devices, including domain based emails.

So for those of you considering setting up a G Suite account and attaching your domain to get all the same Gmail features and benefits you currently have, then this video walks you through all the steps you will encounter as of  March 5th, 2017.  It also includes changes made to the CNAME and MX records of your domain.

Have any problems?  Just email or call me. 🙂

To your success
