Online Marketing Starts With Good Branding Strategies

Of the thousands that want to start a business online, 90% of them don’t stick around for the long run because they failed at having good branding strategies.

They quickly get discouraged, leave the industry and then bad mouth it with comments like, “that’s just a scam” or “it takes too long”.

More often than not, the avid new marketer will go for selling someone else’s product without any marketing experience.  This is a recipe for disaster and frustration, especially if they spend money on pay per click, PPC,  without having good training beforehand.

But more important to selling an affiliate product, one that belongs to someone else, new marketers forget that all sales begin with only one thing.


If you don’t have the trust and confidence of your audience, your sales will stay exactly where they were when you started.  At, ZERO.

So what should you be considering before launching yourself into the online marketing jungle?

Personal branding is your key.  It is the foundation that all of your marketing efforts should be standing upon.  Take people like Jonathan Budd, Ann Sieg and Mike Klingler.  If you know who these people are you also know that their word is their brand.

You should also know that their marketing online started with marketing who they were first by providing insane value to people who needed to solve problems.

This is even more important today as personal branding has taken off. It’s no longer just for the likes of Pepsi and Coke and Tim Horton’s.  To get found you need to stand out of the crowd.

So how does this translate into you selling more products for your network marketing company?

It can be as simple as starting a blog focusing on a specific niche targeting a problem and you being the expert on the subject by providing information and solutions.  Don’t you think that once you are looked at as an authority on the subject that if you recommend a certain solution that people won’t listen to you?

Of course they will.

But getting it all started on the right foot and within the right niche takes marketing information that you may not yet have.  Consider learning from those that have been there and are doing just that by teaching beginners how to brand themselves through proper search engine optimization.
